Account Suspension & Termination

kiss917 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable belief that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes
• The Player has failed to comply with KYC verification requests
• Regulatory or legal obligations require such action
• The Account belongs to a minor (a player under 21 years of age)

13.2 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting kiss917 customer support. Any available balance not subject to pending verification or investigation will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following closure confirmation.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account, all pending promotional credits and Bonus Funds are forfeited.
